High-definition custom CMYK full-color printing is included as standard, offering vibrant and crisp visuals for your hotel's branding. Additional finishes such as matte, glossy, or frosted are also available.

Artwork & Design Guidelines To ensure the highest quality full-color printing for your custom key cards, we require professional vector artwork. Simply send us your design files by email after placing your order, or contact us if you need design assistance.

At Voltik, we understand the importance of testing quality and system compatibility before placing a bulk order. We offer two sample options for your convenience:

1. Standard Stock Samples (Free)

  • We provide free stock samples of our hotel key cards (random designs and standard chips) so you can evaluate the material, printing quality, and finish.
  • You only need to cover the international shipping cost.
  • Lead time: Dispatched within 1-2 business days.

2. Fully Custom Samples

  • If you require a sample printed with your exact hotel logo and encoded with your specific lock system chip (e.g., Mifare 1k, Ultralight), a small custom sampling fee will apply to cover setup costs.
  • Good News: This custom sample fee will be fully refunded or deducted from your final bulk order.
  • Lead time: 5-7 business days after artwork approval.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Production & Processing Time
As our hotel key cards are custom-manufactured, shipping times apply after the production process is complete.

  • Standard Stock Samples: Processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Production typically takes 7-10 business days after your final approval of the artwork proof and technical specifications.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
We partner with reliable international logistics networks (dedicated air freight lines) to ensure fast and secure delivery to your hotel or office.

  • United States & Europe: Estimated transit time is 7-14 days.
  • Note: Transit times are estimates. While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen due to local final-mile carrier schedules.

3. No Hidden Fees: DDP Shipping (Taxes & Duties Included)
For orders shipped to the US and European countries, we proudly offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.
This means we handle all customs clearance processes and cover all import duties and local taxes. The price you see at checkout or on your final invoice is the total price you pay. There will be no unexpected bills from customs.

4. Order Tracking & Proof of Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. For the security of your bulk orders, a signature or official Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the local final-mile courier is required upon receipt. Please ensure your front desk or receiving department is informed to accept the package.
